What vehicles do you build for?
Our catalog is engineered specifically for the Infiniti Q50 (2014+), Q60 (2017+), G35, and G37. Every product is fitment-tested for one of these platforms before it makes it to the site.
How long does my order take?
Most products are made to order. LED lights and accessories typically ship within 2โ6 weeks. Carbon fiber body components take 5โ12 weeks. Custom steering wheels take 6โ10 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is your carbon fiber real?
Yes. Every piece we sell uses genuine woven carbon fiber with a high-gloss clear coat finish โ not vinyl wrap or plastic lookalike material. You will be able to see and feel the difference.
Do your products require cutting or modification?
Most of our products are designed for direct OEM fitment with no cutting required. Any product that does require modification will say so on its product page. When in doubt, reach out before ordering.
Can I install these myself?
Some accessories (emblems, interior lights) are straightforward DIY installs. Body components and performance parts should be installed by a professional shop. Improper installation voids the warranty and can cause damage.
What is your return policy?
Because most items are made to order, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or wrong items received โ and only if the product has not been installed. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our full Returns page for details.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes โ all products carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Custom steering wheels are included. See our Warranty page for full details.
Can I order a custom steering wheel for a different vehicle?
Our custom steering wheels are currently built for the Q50, Q60, G35, and G37. If you have a different Infiniti or Nissan platform, contact us โ we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
How does the RGB lighting work?
Our RGB products come with a controller that lets you set any color or pattern. Installation instructions are included with every order. If you need help after installing, reach out and we will walk you through it.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your expected production window has passed and you have not heard from us, reach out directly and we will look into it right away.
