Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we will fix it.

Our Policy

Because most of our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong vehicle ordered, or change of mind. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases: • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect • The wrong item was sent We inspect every order before it ships. If something slips through, we will make it right — no hassle.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at carbonixgarage@gmail.com or +1 (786) 878-8155. 2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item. 3. Do not install the product — installed items cannot be returned. 4. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with next steps. If your return is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label. Ship the item back in its original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, we will ship the correct one at no additional cost once we receive the return. Production timelines apply to replacement items just as they do to new orders.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been installed or modified • Products damaged after delivery due to improper installation or handling • Custom or personalized items ordered to spec (custom steering wheels, custom color options) • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
