1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CarbonIxGarage website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. CarbonIxGarage is operated by CarbonIxGarage LLC, based in Miami, FL. We sell carbon fiber and performance parts primarily engineered for Infiniti vehicles.
2. Products & Orders
Most of our products are made to order. By placing an order you acknowledge that: ā¢ Production times vary by product and are listed on each product page. ā¢ Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email. ā¢ We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. ā¢ Product images are representative. Minor variations in finish, weave pattern, or color tone may occur due to the handcrafted nature of carbon fiber.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged. Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address where required by law.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and begin after your order enters production. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from CarbonIxGarage pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at carbonixgarage@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is the wrong item. To initiate a return or exchange: ā¢ Contact us within 7 days of delivery at carbonixgarage@gmail.com. ā¢ Do not install the product ā installed items are not eligible. ā¢ Include your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5ā10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Fitment & Installation
All products list a specific fitment. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is compatible with your vehicle before purchasing. CarbonIxGarage is not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitment or improper installation. We strongly recommend professional installation for all body and performance components. Some products may require modification to your vehicle. Always test-fit before permanent installation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site ā including product photos, copy, branding, and design ā is the property of CarbonIxGarage and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarbonIxGarage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
