Every product we sell is backed by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's Covered
CarbonIxGarage products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, including: • Delamination of carbon fiber layers • Clear coat failure not caused by external damage • Structural defects that affect fitment • Electrical failure on LED and RGB products under normal use This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty: • Damage caused by improper installation • Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, UV fading over time) • Damage from accidents, road debris, or harsh chemicals • Products that have been modified, repainted, or refinished after purchase • Damage caused by racing, track use, or off-road use • Cosmetic issues reported after installation
How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us at carbonixgarage@gmail.com within the 90-day warranty window. 2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. 3. We will review your claim within 2–3 business days. 4. If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or a partial refund at our discretion. We may ask you to ship the item back for inspection. If we determine the defect is covered, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Custom Steering Wheels
Custom steering wheels carry the same 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes stitching separation, carbon delamination, and LED/RGB electrical failure. Wear to leather, Alcantara, or suede materials caused by normal use is not covered. These are performance materials that require proper care — avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged sun exposure.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, CarbonIxGarage's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.
