Everything you need to know about production times, carriers, and getting your order to your door.
Production & Lead Times
Most of our products are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Estimated timelines by product type: ⢠LED Lights & Emblems ā 2ā6 weeks ⢠Carbon Fiber Body Parts (splitters, diffusers, fenders) ā 5ā12 weeks ⢠Custom Steering Wheels ā 6ā10 weeks ⢠CarPlay Modules & Accessories ā 2ā4 weeks These are estimates. Complex or high-demand orders may take longer. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond the listed estimate.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Large body components (fenders, bumpers, diffusers) are shipped via freight with signature required on delivery.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $500 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Check back ā we are working on expanding.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at carbonixgarage@gmail.com or +1 (786) 878-8155. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking info within your expected production window, reach out to us directly and we will look into it immediately.
